- ➤ Today the Speelyai Park boat ramp will close and reopen once Merwin Reservoir reaches 227 feet—Cresap Bay Park and Swift Forest Camp ramps will close on Sept.30 as water inflow stays at 66 percent of normal due to dry conditions across the Lewis River. Pacific Power said these measures help meet federal flow requirements to protect fish species. The Daily News Longview
