- ➤ Longview School District’s draft budget for the 2025-2026 school year now shows revenue exceeding expenses by about $390,000 after spending cuts and one-time savings of $1.03 million; changes include removing the cap on special education funding and continuing free meal services until the 2028-2029 school year (pending final federal funding decisions).
